Please note that due to the textured surface of the pebbled leather, small breaks may appear in the foil stamping, all items are hand stamped and/or crafted, position of monogram my differ as all products are a one off to your personalisation.

What is a pre-printed bag?

Every now and then a bag gets printed in the studio with initials that aren't quite right — a double print, a slightly wonky placement, or initials we simply got wrong. Rather than let a beautiful Italian leather bag go to waste, we give it a new home at a heavily reduced price.

Why are pre-printed bags so heavily discounted?

Because the initials on them belong to someone else. Pre-printed bags are typically 70% or more off the original price — the discount reflects the fact that the personalisation is fixed and can't be changed. You're getting a genuinely beautiful Italian leather bag at a fraction of the price, with someone else's initials thrown in.

Can I choose which initials I get?

No. Each pre-printed bag is completely unique and sold exactly as listed. The initials, placement and style are fixed — that's part of what makes them special. If your initials happen to match, consider it fate.

Are pre-printed bags the same quality as full price bags?

Yes — exactly the same Italian leather, same hardware, same craftsmanship. The only difference is the personalisation isn't perfect by our usual standards. In most cases the difference is subtle. In some cases it's more visible. We photograph each one honestly so you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy.

Is there a warranty on pre-printed bags?

No. Pre-printed bags are sold as seen with no warranty. Please look carefully at the product images before purchasing as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Can I return a pre-printed bag?

No. All pre-printed bag sales are final. Because each bag is unique, heavily discounted and sold as seen, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If you have any questions about a specific bag before purchasing, please get in touch at hello@oliviaandgray.co.uk before you buy.

Do pre-printed bags come gift wrapped?

No, these are tissue wrapped only.
